Technician with *German language*

We are looking for new colleagues for technical position in our customer care team!

What will you be responsible for?

• Providing technical support and communicating with our customers in the assigned region (phone, email, ticketing system)
• Analyzing and resolving technical inquiries and incidents from customers
• Prioritizing requests and handling escalated incidents
• Searching for and retrieving data in internal systems
• BOM breakdown
• Reading technical drawings
• Close cooperation with product support,R&D, and quality teams
• Regular communication and collaboration with teams within the SSC department
• Preparing reports in line with company requirements
• Daily phone communication with customers and international branches
• Proactively identifying recurring issues and opportunities for process improvement

What do we expect from you?

• Knowledge of German and English at least at B2 level
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneDrive)
• Secondary or university education in a technical field
• Experience with similar technical role is a big advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Responsibility, attention to detail, and accuracy
• Independence, self‑reflection, and willingness to continuously develop
• Team collaboration / ability to work as part of a team
