Chief Data and Technology Architect

At Zátiší Group, we’re entering an exciting phase of improving how we work with technology across our restaurants, catering and Fresh&Tasty operations. Every day, our teams create great experiences for guests — and we want our technology to support them in a simple, smart and seamless way.

We’re not starting from zero, and we’re not trying to rebuild everything at once. We’re looking for someone who can bring our systems together, simplify what’s complicated, and help us use technology in a way that truly makes a difference.

Your Mission

• Elevate customer experience through intelligent integration of systems across POS, CRM, reservations, loyalty and e-commerce.
• Simplify operational workflows across restaurants, canteens, schools and catering.
• Create a coherent data backbone across ERP (Byznys), POS (Septim, Storyous), CRM (CareCloud), reservations (Apetee), workforce systems and digital channels.
• Introduce AI and automation where it creates measurable business value.

Within the first phase, you are expected to:

• Map the current system landscape and integration gaps
• Identify high-impact digitalization use cases
• Define a prioritized roadmap
• Lead execution with clear milestones and accountability

• have already led data and technology transformations and delivered real outcomes,
• understand modern architecture, integrations, data and AI/automation,
• have experience from product/tech and data development or complex system environments,
• know how to lead and develop high-performing tech teams,
• like working with different teams across the company and boot and aligning to their project.
• are good at turning complex things into simple ones
• speak excellent Czech and English.
